Deborah L. Smith, president of Smith Marketing & Design, Inc. formed this company in 2004 and is currently based in Cleveland, OH. Working both in an advertising agency and a Fortune 500 Financial Institution, she was able to see how both marketing and advertising lead to the success of the company and helped them reach their financial and organizational goals.
